Brian Dozier went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a run scored and Eddie Rosario went 1-for-2 with two RBIs and a run scored as well as being walked twice to lead the Minnesota Twins (24-30) over the Cleveland Indians (30-27) 7-1, at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Saturday afternoon.
Right-handed pitcher Lance Lynn earned the win throwing six innings, striking out five batters while giving up one run on two hits for the Twins. Hildenberger, Pressly, and Duffy pitched the final three innings for the Twins, striking out three batters while giving up just five hits.
Logan Morrison went 2-for-4 with a run scored for the Twins. Leading the Cleveland Indians offensively was Bradley Zimmer who went 2-for-4 even though Greg Allen scored after Roberto Perez struck out in the top of the 2nd inning.
The Twins scored seven runs, on eight hits without an error while the Indians scored one run, on seven hits with two errors.
